Learn how to make botanical beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and more! Led by author and founder of Cedar House Living, Jess Buttermore. During this hands-on class, you'll learn how to incorporate herbs and edible flowers into your drinks for infused flavor profiles and how to make an herbal simple syrup. Each person leaves with a sample simple syrup, a mini guide containing my favorite herbal drinks, a Down to Earth tote, and the confidence to be the gartender at your next gathering.

Jess will be available to inscribe and sign books immediately following the event. Bring yours from home or buy one from us at the event. Her books include The Love Language of Flowers and Seasonal Living with Herbs.
